This Administrative Appeals Board (“AAB”) website is produced and maintained by the Administration Wing of the Chief Secretary for Administration’s Office, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government (“the Government”) and the AAB.


Decisions available for Viewing

Through the Public Zone of this website, members of the public can have access to the written Decisions for AAB appeal cases received after 11 July 2014 of which the hearings are held in public.

You should strictly observe the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance when using the personal data contained in the Decisions.
